Shipping policy
Items available on porterpublications.com are pre-orders unless stated otherwise.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through the USPS calculator. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing. Once processed your order will be shipped.
Orders that require any changes after being submitted are subject to a fee starting 10/01/2024. Link here: shipping changes
The responsibility of any misplaced, lost, or stolen items are of the shipping carrier. Unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done once an order is processed and no longer in the company's possession. If there are any issues please contact the postal service and allow time as sometimes things happen.
***Also be mindful when selecting a shipping method as some do not carry insurance (ie. Media Mail)***
